Your AI Agent is ready

The problem

Even after Quidget pivoted from traditional chatbot building to AI agents, setup was still too complicated for business owners. They had to manually upload PDFs, configure conversation flows, customize branding. Most gave up before seeing whether the product actually worked.

The problem was psychological as much as practical. People wanted to know if the AI could understand their business — but had to invest hours of work just to find out. Setup abandonment was the single biggest barrier between signup and activation. The product worked. Users just never got far enough to discover it.

Step 2 — Train your AI Agent

Step 2 — Train your AI Agent. The system scans your website and documents, preparing all sources.

The approach

I designed an experience where business owners watch their AI agent build itself. Enter your website URL. The AI scans your content, pulls your logo, matches your colors, reads your tone.

Within two minutes: a fully branded AI agent answering real questions about your actual business. The setup process became the demo. The demo became the sale.

I also wrote the prompts behind the automation — the part that made intelligent extraction possible without asking the user to make any manual decisions along the way.

Step 3 — Customize your AI Agent

Step 3 — Customize your AI Agent. Brand extraction happens automatically — logo, color, welcome message, suggested questions.

The challenge

Complex server-side processing had to feel like something other than waiting. Brand extraction had to feel natural, not like watching a progress bar. And the end result — the agent itself — had to look like it was built for that specific website, not dropped in from somewhere else.

Every component in the design system had to work across any color scheme, logo style, or industry. A law firm and a coffee shop both had to end up with something that felt intentional.

The result

Competitors required hours of manual setup. We reduced that to under two minutes — cutting out the biggest drop-off point between signup and first value.
